Included in this picture are A. the collimating lens/housing assembly which is the small cylinder with the black piece protruding out, B. the heatsink which is the larger cylinder, C. the laser diode that came with the mount(white), and D. the two laser diodes that came out of the DVD burner. The one with the hole in the trace is the one we want for the project.
