Meeting Minutes

Brent started the meeting with the publicity update at 19:31. Brian's kitbash class is coming up this saturday so get signed up quick! NRS is slated for May 16.

Trae gave the facilities report at 19:33. We got a notice from the city about debris on the right of way. This has been dealt with. Hackables is free of clutter and will stay that way by any means necessary. We're getting a vacuumformer which will go upstairs. It may be replacing part of the large table upstairs in the dirty craft area. This has not been finalized. There are some designs for enclosing parts of the second floor for climate control for use with resin printers. Peter has acquired a sheet metal brake that will be coming to the shop in the near future.

Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:39 (see above).

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:45. The internet bill still needs to get negotiated down, but that has taken a backseat to the rework of the web server. Our ancient mediawiki instance finally got hacked and has been remediated. It is now running a semi-recent version and will be fully up to date by the weekend along with the OS on the system. This has been a long-term issue that is finally being resolved.

The next meeting will occur on April 9th.
