- Applications are to be put in donation box.
- Applications are pulled by the Secretary.
- Secretary emails applicants with Applicant Email Template
- Secretary brings up applications for voting at next monthly meeting.
- Secretary enters member info into Membership Entry Form
- Form will automatically inform firstname.lastname@example.org of changes
- Secretary reports new members to sysadmins.
- Sysadmin adds new member to wiki.
