  1. New Member Applications
    1. Applications are to be put in donation box.
    2. Applications are pulled by the Secretary.
    3. Secretary emails applicants with Applicant Email Template
    4. Secretary brings up applications for voting at next monthly meeting.
    5. Secretary enters member info into Membership Entry Form
      1. Form will automatically inform of changes
    6. Secretary reports new members to sysadmins.
    7. Sysadmin adds new member to wiki.
