This week on Hackerspace Digest, Nathan, Tim, and Matt talk about a smash and grab at Lincoln Mill, Midsouth Makers’ new look, and BioCurious opening its doors. They also yammered on about Space Camp and the world’s largest QR code. All of this in 45min. I bet you can’t wait to listen.

And as always, you can check out the show notes on our wiki.

Thanks for listening,
Nathan

Show & Tell was last night and although it was overshadowed by our looting of another small shop in town, it went well. Brimstone showed off the 96×96 pixel display we just acquired. Justin and he had it displaying text within days of getting it. There are big plans for this display so stay tuned for that.

Also Brimstone and Phil 3D printed a couple pieces of plastic to fix our candy machine. We believe this is the first useful (productive…whatever you want to call it) thing we have 3D printed. More info about that project on our wiki.

Thanks to those who came out. We will be doing it again in a couple weeks. So keep hacking and get prepared for the next Show & Tell.

Thanks
Nathan

Show & Tell has started up again. Last night wasn’t the most popular of Show & Tells but it happened. Strages showed off some mesh networking that he has been working on. Phil and I cleaned the lounge.

We’ll be doing another Show & Tell in a couple weeks. Oct. 12 to be exact. It would be great to see more people there. Even if you don’t have a project. Show & Tell is a way to show off projects or give feedback to others on their projects.

Thanks
Nathan
