This page documents the proper procedure to follow for printing, filling out, and filing the [[Non-Member Waiver]].
Per the Non-Member waiver, Waivers should be kept filed away. Waivers are valid for 1 week from the date of signing, such that a waiver signed on the weekly public night MUST fill one out EVERY WEEK. 

Waivers are filed digitally and in the file cabinet.

== Print a Waiver: ==
A printable waiver is available directly on Carol from Access Stored Files.
To print:
# Go to Carol, and if the touchscreen is off, press the power button
# Press the Main Menu Button (top Left tactile button)
# Touch the Access Stored File icon then <local storage> -> Drive A:/Waivers
# Select Desired Wavier, then press Print.

== How to file a Waiver: ==
# Go to Carol, and if the touchscreen is off, press the power button
# Press the Main Menu Button (top Left tactile button)
# Touch the <Copy and Store> Icon then  <local storage> -> Drive A:/Waivers
# Select Preset <FileWaiver>
# Place waiver into scan feeder and press start.
# Retreive Waiver and place into the folder in the Filing Cabinet

# Have the Non-Member Fill out everything Except for the Supervising Member.
