Outline

1. split the topics into files (arrays) (COMPLETED)
2. diff the files (COMPLETED)
3. parse the diff output and rebuild the topic with colors (COMPLETED)
   1. red means removed
   2. green means added

Finished, waiting for SVN server to commit code.
