- Small wifi enabled single purpose device designed to record random snippets of sound and send them back to a central location.
- The central location upon receiving a sound snippet randomly retransmits it to another small device somewhere else in the city.
- Upon receiving a sound snippet the tiny device plays it back immediately and goes about it's normal routine of recording and transmitting sounds.
