All you have to do is cut a little bit off the six sides. Because of their shape they are perfect for sandwiches and pickles. Overview
Taking inspiration from the Japanese square watermelons, I wondered if the same techniques could be applied to cucumbers. The resulting cubic cucumbers are easier to peel. All you have to do is cut a little bit off the six sides. Because of their shape they are perfect for sandwiches and pickles. They are stackable and won't roll around your refrigerator.
