Note from MrFranceIsBacon on 203 Brown Street vs 5 Points Workshop.  Shop areas per property records are 2300 and 2800 respectively (compared to currently listed size on wiki of 2000 and 3500 respectively).  This would change the size ratio of 5 Points Workshop/203 Brown Street to 1.21 down from 1.75.  However, for a conservative estimate on operating costs, 1.75 will be used as the size ratio.

I'm all for a coffeeshop type deal, if even just for a place to hangout, think QuestionableContent style. Also, other ideas include a colo place and rent out bandwidth/serverspace. --Brimstone 10:46, 28 March 2007 (CDT)

The coffee shop idea is good, but Rube Goldberg machines tend to have to be manually reset after every run; and, due to their complexity, often fail to work properly. --Tanstaafl 19:23, 28 March 2007 (CDT)

What about instead of a Rube Goldberg machine, we create a crazy coffee brewer. One that you can visually see the coffee being made. Maybe it flows through crazy tubes. Things like that. Then it's something unique enough to get people to come, but also more reliable. --Jim Shoe 11:17, 9 April 2007 (CDT)
