Overview
This will be my log of making Limoncello. It's a great drink and fairly easy to make.
Basic Ingredients
- Lemons
- Alcohol
- Everclear
- Vodka
- Sugar
- Water
Hardware
- Zester
- Large air tight container
- Bottles for completed
Batch 1
This is kind of a test batch because of time issues. I only have about 2.5 weeks before Phreaknic.
Ingredients
- 750mL Everclear 190 Proof
- 20 Lemons from Target
