Rule
A new Rule shall be defined with the following text: No inoperable vehicles may be left at the shop longer than 48 hours.
- A vehicle is deemed inoperable if it can't be driven under its own power or if it has significant portions removed.
- After 48 hours the Facilities Director will make a best effort to contact the owner of the vehicle and let them know they have an additional 48 hours to relocate their vehicle off-site.
- After that 48 hours, the Facilities Director will arrange to have the vehicle impounded if it is still present.
