Overview
Subversion is nice, but there's a rising need to share larger files between people, mainly where I work, but this system could be used for any size group that has files to share.

Simple Wiki
- No need to save stuff in a text document when you have a simple wiki, just view online.

Misc
- All authentication is done with LDAP
- Files are stored in a format it's fairly easy to restore from backups.
- Hold data for X days after file is deleted.
