Overview

This will be my log of making Limoncello. It's a great drink and fairly easy to make.

Basic Ingredients

1. Limons
2. Alcohol
   • Everclear
   • Vodka
3. Sugar
4. Water

Hardware

1. Zester
2. Large air tight container
3. Bottles for completed

Batch 1

This is kind of a test batch because of time issues. I only have about 2.5 weeks before Phreaknic.

Ingredients

• 750mL Everclear 190 Proof
• 20 Limons from Target

Log

• Purchased Limons, Everclear, Zester. Zested 20 limons and combined with Everclear. Started the setting process at a about 10:00pm. -- 18 October 2011 (CDT)
