Internet service via Comcast Business to the location on 3409 Governors Dr

It is proposed that Makers Local 256 sign a 3 year contract with Comcast.

Can we extend our contract at the end of the 3 years at the same price or would we have to sign anew? (this is probably a dumb question) --Brimstone 18:47, 7 April 2008 (CDT)
- A: No. They may be running a special, and we can probably threaten to leave them for knology, but they will likely charge us regular rate ($95/mo base) after 3 years. Omegix 23:06, 7 April 2008 (CDT)

- JimShoe to contribute at least $10 a month to cover this expense in exchange for vps hosting.
$250 Installation Fee Waived if we sign a 2-3 year contract
- There is no installation fee if we move, they transfer the service for free
If we move to a location that Comcast can't service, we're out of the contract
If we dissolve our organization we're out of the contract
Comes with 1 active TV outlet (whether we utilize it or not)
We can use wifi
Knology is more expensive
