Summary
Set regular membership fees, privileges, and "keyed" access.
Proposal
- Member fee is $40 a month.
- Members must supply a personal and emergency contact.
- Members must sign the waiver.
- Members can Apply to the board to have "key" access the second quarterly board meeting after they become a member.
- 100 hours within that time period must be spent at the shop.
- Keyed access is not gauranteed, it is something the board has to vote on.
- Only Charter members will have METAL key access.
Discussion
This is a revised proposal. Original proposal called for having the shop open every other Saturday in the bylaws. While that's ok in concept, we don't want to limit ourselves by putting that in our bylaws.
