Overview

We have a couple vacuum pumps taking up space - they are perfect for a thermoforming machine.

Justification

  • Bootstrap project - the shop needs something like this for fabrication

Requirements

  • Portable
  • 2'x4' Surface
  • Heating element for thermoforming
  • Attachments to make it a vacuum bagging table
  • Polyvinyl stretched over a frame to make it a laminate table
  • Double vacuum chamber with foot control to trigger

  • Vacuum Pump
  • Project board for box
