Mesh architecture neural network

Overview
Oh I don't know. I'm just doing this because I'm curious what it even means to have a mesh architecture on a neural network. I have a gut feeling that I can do basic inference (ala socrates being mortal and all that jazz). And I have a gut feeling I can do things similar to auto-associative memory and maybe bayesian belief networks. But I haven't really thought it through all that well.
