- Large high ceiling interior for flying drones
Misc
- Hotel uses magnetic stripe card for door entry

- At least some of the outer rooms are smoking rooms and allow pets
Food Options
- Sandwich Factory
- Good: Burgers, Tour of Italy sandwich, Fried Pineapple and Onion Ring Burger.
- The inside out burger was alright, but I'd probably get something different next time.
- Chocolate covered bacon
- Bad: The Philly Cheesesteak is reportedly awful
- Good: Burgers, Tour of Italy sandwich, Fried Pineapple and Onion Ring Burger.
- Deezie's Hot Chicken
- Jeff 2015: Hot was too hot, Cajun and Hot together was about right.
- Jeff 2016: Feels like they changed their flavor levels. Hot and Cajun mixed together was not spicey enough this year. Also liz got food poisoning, hope that's just a fluke.
- Jeff 2017: Medium was not hot enough. Would go Cajun, or maybe Cajun mixed with Hot. Extra pickles is a good idea.
- We sent a small group to bring back the order this time and it worked out really well.
- Green Dragon Inn, middle earth themed restaurant.
- Would need to call to confirm, but this place has a room in the back that could be used for large groups. If that room is not available, I would not dine here with a group larger than 6.
- Very good sandwiches and food. Can recommend Brie and Apple sandwich, and the Reuben.
- Had good selection of meads to drink.
- O'Possums. Irish gastropub about 15 minutes from hotel. Good Mac and Cheese \ Shells and Cheese made with gouda, or blue cheese. Shepard's pie was good, but needed salt. Corned beef was good. Fried pickle spears are large, and use a funnel cake like batter. To-go orders available.
- Chicago Pizza, almost walking distance from the hotel.
- Chick-fil-a, walking distance, same side of highway 96 as the hotel
- Panera, almost walking distance, other side of highway 96
- Wasabi Japanese Steak House, The only hibachi option in the area. Samurai Cuisine is closer, but we don't go there.
Drinkin
- Don't forget to bring a good large insulated mug (Yeti or similar)
- Just a traffic light or two down the road is a very large Liqour Store, "Total Beverage"
- A Wal-Mart is nearby for mixers.
