Brief

An alternative keyboard layout. The Janko layout is considered an "isomorphic" keying system, meaning that transposing musical keys has no adverse side-effect of irregular finger placement.

Overview

I bought a $20 used MIDI keyboard from ebay, ripped out the keys, sawed them down, glued balsa replacements to the tops of the now-flat keys, glued balsa struts to these, then glued pennies... yes pennies... to the struts.

The thing works, but the action is a little weird. I really need access to a rapid prototyping machine to make it right.
