New Policy: Trash
- If you see a trash can without a bag, put one in it
- Trash cans need bags in them so we can put trash in the dumpster
- Trash bags of all varieties can be found under the kitchen sink
- If you make a trash can full, take the trash bag to the dumpster and put in a new bag
- Trash cans are not for playing garbage jenga no matter how fun it is
- Large sharp objects must be thrown directly in the dumpster
- These objects cut holes in the bags and make big messes
- If you need a definition for "Large": anything with a dimension over 2ft
If you can't do these for some reason, facilities probably needs to know. Email and slack work great for getting in touch with facilities.
