Proposal
It is proposed that Makers Local 256 sign a 3 year contract with Comcast.

- $10 / mo more gets 5 Static IPs
- JimShoe to contribute at least $10 a month to cover this expense in exchange for vps hosting.
- $250 Installation Fee Waived if we sign a 2-3 year contract
- There is no installation fee if we move, they transfer the service for free
- If we move to a location that Comcast can't service, we're out of the contract
- If we dissolve our organization we're out of the contract
- Comes with 1 active TV outlet (whether we utilize it or not)
- We can use wifi
- Knology is more expensive
