Description

  • Class to teach how to do a home PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Etching.
  • Class will use the "melt the plastic to the board" method vs the UV exposure method. Supposedly this method is cheaper.

  • PCB Etching Fluid (need to determine if cost is negligible)
  • Copper Plated Boards
  • Drill Press
  • Solder \ Irons (if we want to populated it afterwards)
  • CAD Software (Eagle?)
  • Iron (Like for ironing clothes. Could use one specifically made for this.)
  • Laserjet Printer (may be able to borrow one from someone at the make shop)
