There's currently no provision in the bylaws for absentee voting. This proposal calls for a subsection to be added to the Voting section that will provide operational guidance.
Proposal
Whereas the current bylaws do not address absentee voting, Therefore let the following amendment be made to the bylaws:
Article III, Section 2.1: Absentee Voting
Absentee votes shall be collected and processed by no less than two individuals appointed by the board.
Article III, Section 2.2: Processing Votes
Votes shall be counted by individuals not running for the board elections.
