- I expect there to be some changes and friendly amendments to this proposal\the draft bylaws. I'll change the Proposal description with the appropriate wiki history link as we get everything refined.
- Last change to this proposal was to accept the Bylaws as of Oct 8th vs. Oct 6th
- After talking with Nykodemus, decided to merge Constitution in to Bylaws and make it so that Article 1 took unanimous vote to amend.
