=== Lobby AC Leak - ??? ===
+
* 8/1/09 - Puddle of water found under the AC in the lobby.  Either it is from AC condensation or from rainwater leaking in.  If you find water puddling under the AC again, please e-mail [mailto:spacefelix@gmail.com Spacefelix] about it.
+
** The trim on the outside was pushed out when the AC was put in place - it's in need of replacement and sealing.  Likely, because of the rain we had, that it was rainwater.

=== Shop Toilet & Sewage - Currently Being Fixed ===

To join the committee:
We have been having a problem with the toilet in the shop backing up and overflowing.
+
* Put your name [[Facilities/Committee/Members|on the list]].
* 7/25/09 - The toilet started backing up again; the backup even affected the sink drain and overflowed the floor drain of the shower closet.
+
** Inform the Facilities Director of the addition.
* 7/27/09 -  [[User:Korc | Korc]] contacted the plumbers to fix the backup.
+
* Do good work for the shop.
* 7/28/09 - Bathroom's cleared for #1 until the plumber can get here and dig up the line close to the street.  Paper's the biggest problem, according to him.  So if it's an emergency, don't sweat it.
