    4. Secretary brings up applications for voting at next monthly meeting.
    5. Secretary enters member info into Membership Entry Form
      1. Form will automatically inform the treasurer of changes.
    6. Secretary reports new members to sysadmins.
    7. Sysadmin gives new members LDAP information.
