Shop Checklist

Checklist for leaving the shop. This should be posted in a prominent place when leaving the shop.

1. Shut and lock overhead door.
2. Unplug or turn off all unnecessary equipment (LEAVE THE SERVERS AND CAMS ALONE).
3. Turn off Kitchen Loft and Library lights.
4. Lower tarps on garage area.
5. Replace equipment room door plugs.
6. Replace window blocks (3, 2 in main room and 1 in kitchen).
7. Turn off A/C units and drop heater thermostat to 60 degF.
8. Turn off all inside lights (5 switches, two for main room, one for garage area, one for equipment room, one for kitchen).
9. Close bathroom and kitchen doors.
10. Close fridge and freezer doors.
11. Turn off all exterior lights (1 switch).
12. Lock front door; wait 10 seconds for auto-lock to engage. If not, try pressing the lock button in the middle of the code number buttons. Also, ensure door is shut so bolt is aligned with eye.
