I currently have 9 or 10 nideq 12cm industrial fans. These have a VERY long lifetime and consume tons of power (0.8A a piece). The current plan is to somehow hook them all together and mount them to the ceiling so that i can flip them for summer or winter as neccessary without much hassle. This will definitely be wall powered, most likely by a computer psu.

Control:

remote control or clapper

Required materials:

ATMEGA16 microprocessor to control functions OR a clapper/ir set harvested from elsewhere

12cm fans (already acquired)

Optional Materials:

LEDs to provide overhead light (also remote controlled)

Curse the colonial village apartment complex for not installing ceiling fans in their rooms.
