Meeting Minutes

Ace started the meeting at 19:31 with a review of the board action items (see above).

Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:32 (see above). Given the loss over the last year, we need to get better at emphasizing our per-member outlay when it comes up. To get a better handle on this information, we need to do an audit of the last year's worth of books to get a more accurate count of members and where everything stands.

Trae gave the facilities report at 19:50. We've gotten some cinderblocks and Charlie/Trae are working on a replacement/expanded shed, to be worked on after the bad weather. The first of the 3 donated printers is up and running (clog fixed) and has printed its first benchy and is setup with octoprint.

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:53. The zoneminder machine finally appears to be stable and there are plans to free up one of the racks for storing the new 3d printers.

Adam gave the publicity report at 20:00. The RGN shirts have been ordered and should be delivered in the near future. The Nerd Rummage Sale planning is in progress, so if you're interested in helping out please contact Adam. The tentative date for NRS is April 5th. We're targeting having everything together for that by next meeting.

The next meeting will occur on February 20th.
