Summary

Revise Bylaws to make clear that the three month period of active membership required to be elected to the board is the three months immediately preceding the election.

Prior Wording

Article II: Section 1.2 - Board Members

A member is eligible for a position of the Board of Directors if they have remained an active member for at least 3 consecutive months preceding the election.

Amendment to Wording

Article II: Section 1.2 - Board Members

A member is eligible for a position of the Board of Directors if they have remained an active member for at least the three consecutive months preceding the election.
