Meeting Minutes
Tyler started the meeting at 7:32PM.
We are going to look into a better reminder system for things like government paperwork and election preparation.
Jennifer gave the treasurer's report at 7:36PM. We are significantly ahead for the month of October and currently have 65 active/donating members.
If you have not logged into the donation system, PLEASE DO SO NOW. THIS IS A NECESSARY STEP IN ACCOUNT SETUP.
Tim gave the facilities report at 7:38PM. One bathroom uses industrial dispensers and the other uses home dispensers. Please refill them correctly. If you need any paper products, you can find them in the champagne room. You're also welcome to bring additional paper products. The sink had a leak problem and Cameron fixed it recently, so thanks Cameron!
Tyler began discussion of upcoming projects and events 7:40PM
- There will be a pumpkin carving night on October 23.
- There is a retro gaming night coming up and the date is to be determined.
- ChargerCon is coming up and we need volunteers to help man the event and present projects.
- Contact Barbara Attilio or Charlotte Ellett for more information.
- This is occurring November 1 and 2. 5PM-11PM on Friday and 10AM-10PM on Saturday.
- Charlotte will also be sending out an email for a charity gaming event that will be occurring.
- RocketCon is coming up and may align with many of the goals of the organization and interests of its members.
- TC (water wall guy) asked us if we want to put up a tinsel tree (crazy reactive lights and such, for free) for publicity/advertisement. If we're interested, we need to commit to it. Tyler will be sending out an email.
The next meeting date will be November 14.
