Meeting Minutes

Phil began the meeting at 19:30.

Jennifer gave the treasurer's report at 19:31. See above.

Phil gave the facilities report at 19:34. We're doing a facilities push for the new year. We're taking care of some maintenance tasks and doing more tuesday night feasts to raise money for facilities. We also have another hard drive failing which will be replaced soon. Phil fixed the door on the dumpster shed, but it will need rework again in the mid-term. We are likely to reinforce the arts and crafts section before replacing the doors on the dumpster shed.

Event updates at 19:40: Retro game night went well!

The front door lock should now read NFC properly again. No more horrible wait times!

CACs and UAH cards do not work for the door, DO NOT TRY TO USE THEM FOR THE DOOR.

We'll be resurfacing the tables for the new year and probably reworking some of the lights with broken ballasts.

Jennifer held a mildly successful gimp class!
