Meeting Minutes

Kinsey started the meeting at 19:38 with the treasurer's report by Grace. Treasurer duties are currently in transition from Phil and Nathan.

Kinsey gave the facilities report at 19:40. Since the last meeting, we rented a Z-boom lift and trimmed the trees as well as replacing the last set of 8ft fluorescent bulbs. We have begun cleaning around the shop as convenient (see events below). The railing below the winch has been cut to allow a gate for movement of bulky objects and will be worked out in the next week or so. Ballast bypass bulbs have been acquired for the fixtures that have failing bulbs and we'll be working on replacing those in the next few weeks as well.

For anyone who has borrowed tools, we request that you bring them back ASAP so we can inventory them properly. We'll be contacting you individually to remind you if necessary.

Events: There is a cleanup day occurring this Sunday from 11am-4pm, so please don't plan to work on projects during this time.

Make sure to congratulate Jeff on his four decade survival achievement.
