Meeting Minutes

Grace started the meeting at 19:38 with a review of the board action items. Aaron is being removed from the Huntsville Utilities issue since he is no longer on the board. The quarterly membership review has been performed and we're doing pretty good on keeping up with our members.

Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:45 (see above). Ryen is the new treasurer.

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:48. One of the servers decided to try to incinerate itself and didn't succeed. It has been removed from the case that it was in and is currently operating outside of a case. A new case is on order and a replacement power supply is available. The zoneminder/camera box is functional again. The mail server will be replaced soon because it's misbehaving.

Travis gave the facilities report at 19:56. Travis is the new facilities director. Everyone needs to make sure to pick up after themselves. We're looking at a cleanup day in the near future as a Friday to Sunday event, most likely July 7th through 9th.

Projects and Events: There's a cleanup day coming up! We've been having classes here and there recently, so keep an eye out for more. The Nerd Rummage Sale is coming up soon, as well on October 7th. Grace is making posters and advertising. Kinsey is managing the permitting side of things with the city.

The next meeting will occur on July 24th.
