Meeting Minutes
Grace started the meeting at 19:31 with a review of the board action items. The membership rejection notice is complete and needs to be reviewed. We reviewed the notice during the meeting with some comments that need to be addressed.
Ryen gave the treasurer's report at 19:39. We're still doing ok, but more members/donations would be great.
Kinsey gave the netadmin report. The router has been on the fritz lately whenever power outages occur. Kinsey contacted the vade blocklist and got us off of it, so email should be slightly better. Hotmail said they didn't care and Yahoo mail didn't respond.
Travis gave the facilities list at 19:45. We're having a cleanup day on August 5th. We're going to be clearing some of the large junk before that day.
Ryen is going to incentivize creation of member profiles with candy, so see her with your completed member profile to get some!
Events: The Nerd Rummage Sale is coming up in October and the vendor signup will open at the beginning of August. Ryen is teaching a class involving glitter, so pop in Tuesday or this weekend!
The next meeting will occur on August 17th.
