Meeting Minutes

Grace started the meeting at 19:32 with a review of the board action items. The membership rejection notice still needs some rework after our last conversation.

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:36. Kinsey is working on a replacement door lock.

Bradley gave the facilities report at 19:38. The cleanup day went very well and the shop is in very good condition. We need to keep the space in this shape as long as possible. We're also considering being more strict on facilities projects. There are some older projects that likely need to be disposed of since they're ancient, unused safety hazards.

The Nerd Rummage Sale is coming up soon and we're in the final sprint to get the paperwork finished. This has been announced publicly, now.

Adam is working on reviving Retro Gaming Night, so keep an eye out for updates! We're looking to have an organizational meeting about this event.

The next meeting will occur on September 14th.
