Meeting Minutes
Ace started the meeting at 19:30 with a review of the board action items. The have been no updates to the existing action items.
Aaron gave the financial report at 19:31 (see above). We've had a $100 rent hike and we're looking at additional ways to cut costs and raise funding. We need to make it clear how to adjust your donation amounts via paypal.
Trae gave the facilities report at 19:40. An attempt was made to clean the roof, but the scunge is stuck on pretty hard. The first aid kit has moved, so be aware the next time you come in. The red car has finally moved on to a better place. Trae has been organizing people to take up responsibility for various areas of the shop to improve organization. At 6:30pm Monday June 24th, we're going to have a cleanup and organization day.
Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:46. The laser camera has been replaced since the old one had a failing sensor. The camera system has had some tweaks to improve reliability.
The next meeting will occur on July 11th.
