Meeting Minutes

Ace started the minutes at 19:34 with a review of the board action items. We haven't had much facebook interaction lately.

Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:36 (coming back to this later in the meeting, see above).

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:37. The UPS batteries are probably dead and need to be tested. The zoneminder machine is still on the fritz.

Charlie gave the facilities report at 19:38. Medium Dan is taking on the vending machine to see if he can get a functional compressor in it. Tristan has been working with Travis to get the CNC mill up and running. There is still a long way to go on the mill, but it has been proven functional. It still needs safeties, tool changer work, and proper endstops. The axes haven't been calibrated, yet. Charlie has been focusing on keeping the shop cleaner and there are upcoming policies on things like powder coating going forward. Charlie is also working toward organizing hackables and marking things as fair game for NRS.

Adam gave the publicity report at 19:44. The retro game night is in 3 weeks and planning is progressing rapidly. Shirts will be done differently this year. There will be a larger cleanup day before the event.

Aaron continued the treasurer's report at 19:50.

The next meeting will occur on December 12th.
