Meeting Minutes
Ace started the meeting at 19:32 with a review of the board action items (see above).
Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:32 (see above).
Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:37. The UPSs need some fixes to resolve power-out issues.
Charlie gave the facilities report at 19:39. We've been doing a lot of cleaning in preparation for RGCN and the textiles room has been given a thorough reorganization. The vending machine is functional again thanks to the efforts of Peter. The big CNC is now somewhat functional, but is not yet user-friendly thanks to Tristan. The shed is getting some reorganization and the Textiles Room is going to get some ceiling paneling.
Publicity: Retro Game Night is 2 days from now on Saturday! Lots of setup has been performed and Adam (and crew) will be continuing that effort until the event. Adam has tested shirt creation with the heat transfer press and is setting up to make the rest of them.
The next meeting will occur on January 16th.
