Meeting Minutes
Ace started the meeting at 19:32 with a review of the action items (see above). Facebook messages are handled up to current.
Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:33 (see above). We're currently doing an membership audit.
Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:40. The KVM is dead, so we need a new one. Aaron is going to loan a VGA KVM, but longer term we may want to find a replacement. One of the UPSs needs new batteries. We're also looking at moving to an ERP system going forward.
Charlie gave the facilities report at 19:43. The outdoor storage is still in progress and Trae would like some help. There will be a cleanup day (March 29th) the weekend before the Nerd Rummage Sale. The garage door has been fixed!
Adam gave the publicity report at 19:45. We're working toward the Nerd Rummage Sale and we've got 20ish vendors signed up for things. We're looking at selling some of our surplus items to help clean some junk out, especially the old A/V equipment.
This weekend at Gigaparts is the Makers Market!
The next meeting will occur on April 17th.
