Meeting Minutes

Ace started the meeting at 19:32 with a review of the board action items (see above). Recurring tasks are up to date and handled.

Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:33 (see above). There are some changes happening with the trash pickup in that they've merged with another trash collection business and we'll have to change where payments are going. No change to fees as far as we're aware.

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:39. The new kvm is finally setup in the fablab rack and the old rack has been sold. One of the cameras has been flaky in the heat and will be replaced.

Charlie gave the facilities report at 19:40. Hackables has been totally reorganized and cleaned up in large part thanks to Andy. Donated materials must never be abandoned on tables or on the floor of the hackables area. Charlie is working on the dust collector situation and will be working on it this Saturday. We have a new leather-capable sewing machine thanks to Travis. The outdoor raw material rack is mostly done, so if you see any water leaks please let Trae know.

Adam gave the publicity report at 19:47. The May the 4th event went well and we have lots of upcoming classes which are being advertised. Aaron has been discussing bringing back the pig roast, but it will be early fall at earliest.

New commentary has been added to the application suggesting that photos should be recent and unedited.

The next meeting will occur on June 19th.
