Meeting Minutes

Ace started the meeting at 19:32 with a review of the action items (see above). There are no follow-ups required.

Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:34 (see above).

Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:36. The rack KVM has been reworked and we have a new server chassis that is being built up.

Trae gave the facilities report at 19:38. The material rack outside has been a big success and Tom has been doing great work in the woodshop area and has been working toward a significant improvement to the dust collection system. We're looking at appointing a Librarian position to help manage the stock of items/materials we have.

Adam gave the publicity report at 19:40. Tom recently gave a woodworking 101 class which was well-attended. Charlie, Shalin and Andy hosted a proto-repair cafe which was lightly attended. The Huntsville Environmental Coalition will be advertising the next repair cafe and we're looking into the future collaborations. Brent will be teaching the 3D printing class on July 22nd.

The next meeting will occur on July 17th.
