- Dumpster will most likely be going up, there has already been an increase in November, but it has been the same $65 since 2012!!!
- Ongoing billing issue with Meridian Waste not crediting check sent to old Huntsville PO, though they were deposited. New location to send check is in Miami as of January (bill pay has been updated in time)
- WOW internet is still high and needs to be put back on contract or other service identified

Meeting Minutes
Brent started the meeting at 19:31 with a review of the action items.
Kinsey gave the netadmin report at 19:33. The reliability of the wide outdoor camera has been improved.
Aaron gave the treasurer's report at 19:33 (see above).
Trae gave the facilities report at 19:36. The vacuum system is now fully operational thanks to the efforts of many members! It was a large effort to get it refitted. The pre-repair cafe cleanup days have been doing well and we're going to continue moving forward with that schedule. Please come by and help out if you can spare some time.
Adam gave the publicity report at 19:38. The NRS for 2026 is May 16th which will coincide with the 5 Points yard sale event. We're also looking to have a 3rd major event for the year such as a DIY Tech Expo (DIYTexpo). Brian Walker is looking to do another misfit toys class. We're also calling for additional workshops, so if you have one you'd like to put on please let Adam know.
The next meeting will occur on February 12th.
