Pie in the sky—no money or time to work on a project of this scope.
Origin
Inspired by plans available at http://www.jemwatercraft.com/Sabalo.php, found some years ago while researching kayaks. If I can find something that is similar and freely available, I'd likely use that as a starting point for this project. I do like this design, though; if I can't find (or design) anything suitable for free, I'd be willing to pony up for JEM's plans.
