Sometimes things break. The vending machine is one of those things.
Sometime in 2012, the compressor for the vending machine went out and would no longer keep drinks cool. We replaced it with a member grant and were able to pick up the replacement from a place down in Birmingham:

The info from official Royal Vending tech support: "It depends on when it was built. Anything built before 201126 the compressor would be 819028 and the deck would be 156430. Anything after 201126 the compressor would be 819042 and the deck would be S156430."
