It's not the overuse that gets you out of the contract, it's using a text message that was costing you $0.15 cents, and then when they raise their rates to $0.20 a material difference in contract occurs (because you signed up for a contract when the rates were $0.15). If you use one of your 300 prepaid messages, no material difference has occurred, so no breach of contract. But message #301 (on a 300 prepaid message plan) allows an instance of material difference should the rates change.--Omegix 17:09, 15 July 2008 (CDT)
