• under heading 2.1.2, board member eligibility, it states that eligibility requires 3 consecutive months of membership. It does NOT specify when this 3 months has to be. I would prefer to tack "leading up to the election" on the end of the statement there. as is, the specified 3 months could have been 5 years ago and the person could have been an active member again for less than a month when the election occurs. --Opticron 09:16, 29 September 2009 (CDT)

• under heading 2.2.2, board member rights and responsibilities, there is mention of voting that is duplicate and possibly contrary information, depending on how it is read. It should be stricken from that section. --Opticron 09:16, 29 September 2009 (CDT)

• Assistance might need to be addressed such as if the treasurer or secretary is unable to complete the duties due to work or home issues, there might need to be a plan of action for bringing an assistant for an interim or a denoted period of time. --Preauxphoto 09:55, 29 September 2009 (CDT)

• Section 2.3 Board Officers: Either the Chair or the Secretary need to be responsible for the storage of any non-treasury paperwork of the organization. This would include hard copies of the bylaws, articles of incorporation, amendments we file, notices from the city, membership applications\release forms, and such going forward. Currently JimShoe and I have been taking care of this, but when offices change there's documents that I\Treasurer has that need to go into the hands of the next Chair\Secretary. • Section 3.1 Regular Members: There's nothing here that allows us to expel a member if he's socially disruptive and causing members to flee.
  • Recommend: A member may be expelled from the organization with a unanimous vote of the board, or a 3/4 petition from the membership. --Omegix 10:17, 29 September 2009 (CDT)

• Article III Section 1: Recommend Changing "...sitting board of directors" to "board of directors" or "board directors present at meeting," depending on what the bylaws committee intended. --Omegix 10:17, 29 September 2009 (CDT)
