On the property, we can have 11 spaces for large cars and 12 spaces for small cars.

  • 66'x20' gravel lot for regular parking on North edge of property along Stevens Ave. (reference SouthEast corner of the lot is at the telephone pole in the NorthEast corner of the property). This will grant 7 large car plots at 18'x9' each and 8 small car plots at 7.5'x10' each in a regular configuration.
  • 50'x10' space for parallel parking on Eastern edge of property along Schiffman St. There is a fire hydrant East of the NorthEast telephone pole (55' North of the edge of the East driveway). To provide fire clearances, the 50'x10' space will need to be directly North of the driveway. This grants 2 parallel parking spaces at 22'x6.9' for a space.
  • 2 regular spaces on the driveway. To allow for an area for members to work outside, cars ought to park at the end of the driveway. Only issue is that garage door and lit driveway work area is blocked from street access.
  • Additional parking possible by parking on the city-owned land North of the shop across Stevens Ave., parallel parking on Stevens Ave. under the highway bridge and parallel parking on the neighbors.
