Action Items
Document the fact that Satyam Nayak left the Board in October of 2013. Resolve that Satyam should be removed from the list of signature officers on the RedstoneFCU account. Resolve that The Board members who should be signature officers on the RedstoneFCU account are: Tyler Crumpton, William (Kinsey) Moore, and Phillip Showers. These resolutions are necessary to renew our debit card, which has expired. We use the debit card for reimbursing members through SquareCash. Satyam Nayak is still a member in good standing, he's just moved away, and Redstone flagged his address as being problematic for some reason.
