Toss with two teaspoons each of the following: turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, curry powder, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt + pepper. Bake at 450*F for 15 minutes. Top with chopped green onions/chives/whatever herb you want. Dip in sour cream or yogurt. |

Keto Pancakes
Ingredients
- 0.25c almond flour (add a little more if it looks too runny, I think I ended up using a third of a cup instead)
- 0.25c heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt
- 2tsp stevia
- 0.25tsp baking powder
- 1tsp vanilla extrat
- A couple good shakes of cinnamon
Directions
Stir together, pour into a buttered pan on medium high. Cook about 3-4 minutes, flip, and cook about 2 minutes more.
